Chakra Singing Bowl

Traditional-style singing bowl made from brass. The bowl is handfinished with the seven chakra symbols. Place the singing bowl in the palm of your hand and beat the bowl once with the stick.

Once the sound is ringing gently circle the stick around the bowl to increase the vibration and relase the sound. Singing bowls are used in meditation and to promote relaxation.
